GANANOQUE WHEELS OF CARE is a charitable not for profit organization, under the laws of the Province of Ontario and operates entirely by volunteers (including drivers). The organization is financially and/or in-kind supported by the Town of Gananoque, The Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands, Council of Public Health Consultants (CPHC), Carveth Care Centre, local service clubs, private donations, and passenger revenue. Gananoque Wheels of Care overseas the operation of specialized transportation to qualified individuals under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Donations
Donations can be made by mail to 140 Elmdwood Drive, Gananoque, Ont, K7G 1N9

Memorial donations can also be made at local funeral homes. Make cheques payable to Gananoque Wheels of Care. Official Tax Receipts will be issued to any donation of $25.00 and over.

Request for Transportation
All bookings are made on a “first come, first served” basis with no prioritization of trips. Service hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Special requests for events will be considered depending on Driver availability. Trips can be booked 14 days in advanced with a 5 day notice. We will endeavor to return to you within a 24 hour period to confirm to you your request for transportation.
